On October 19, 2021, upon the invitation of Supreme Mufti of Ukraine Sheikh Ahmed Tamim, chairman of the Religious Administration of the Muslims of Ukraine, Ambassador Hashem Dajani took part in a ceremony dedicated to Mawlid al-Nabawi al-Sharif (the Prophet Muhammad`s Birthday). The ceremony included prophetic praises and an exhibition devoted to the Islamic contribution to the progress of mankind and the development of human civilization, especially in the fields of culture, science and literature.
The ceremony was also attended by a number of ambassadors and diplomats accredited to Ukraine, in addition to sheikhs and religious personalities.
Ambassador Dajani extended his congratulations on this remarkable occasion and wished His Eminence and all Muslims goodness, prosperity and blessings.
