On October 26, 2021, Ambassador Hashem Dajani received Mr. Taan Hussein Abbas Hussein, Chargé d’Affaires a.i. of the Republic of Iraq to Ukraine, Minister Plenipotentiary, and Mr. Abd-Alsalam Monadel Akef Hammuodi, Counselor, who paid a courtesy visit to the Embassy`s headquarters.
During the meeting, the two Parties discussed urgent issues of common interest and prospects for developing the existing cooperation between the Palestinian and Iraqi missions in Kyiv, for the benefit of the two friendly states and peoples.
For his part, Ambassador Dajani expressed gratitude for Iraq’s firm support for the Palestinian people and their just cause.
